Site Supervisor – Sanitation Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead sanitation teams at our food processing facilities. The role focuses on ensuring a safe, clean environment while complying with all regulatory, customer, and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise hourly Food Safety Sanitors and Lead Persons across designated plant areas.
• Assign daily work tasks, monitor performance, and ensure efficient operations.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with governmental, customer, and internal policies.
• Evaluate team members for promotions or status changes.
• Coordinate with Technical Services, HR, Accounting, IT, and customer service to maintain seamless operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sanitation or food‑safety supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
