Site Supervisor – Luxury Residential Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the on‑site delivery of high‑end, architecturally significant homes in East Hampton, NY. The role involves overseeing construction of bespoke residences typically valued at $20 million or more.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all on‑site construction activities from groundworks through to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist trades
• Ensure works are delivered to programme, budget, and specification
• Maintain exceptional quality control standards across all finishes
• Enforce health & safety compliance on site at all times
• Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, and Client Representatives
• Resolve on‑site issues quickly and effectively to avoid delays
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager on high‑end residential projects
• Background working on luxury homes or complex bespoke builds (ideally $5 M–$20 M+ projects)
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and detailing
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
