About the role
Worley is seeking a Night‑shift Site Services Foreperson to lead the construction, erection and repair of industrial structures such as buildings, bridges, tunnels and shelters. The role involves overseeing crews, ensuring compliance with codes and delivering high‑quality work during night hours.
Key responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Ensure all work conforms to building codes and relevant regulations.
- Perform layout tasks including measuring, marking and cutting materials, and planning work sequences.
- Assemble and join materials using nails, screws, bolts or glue.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial construction or maintenance.
- NCEER Certified Plus (preferred).
- Physical ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift and perform repetitive motions.
Required skills
- Blueprint interpretation
- Construction layout and measurement
- Material assembly (nails, screws, bolts, glue)
- NCEER Certified Plus knowledge
