About the role

Worley is seeking skilled professionals to construct, erect, and repair a variety of structures across industrial projects. The role involves working with wood, steel, concrete and other materials to deliver high‑quality builds that support sustainable energy and resource initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Construct, erect and repair buildings, bridges, tunnels, shelters, towers and related structures.
• Build concrete forms, scaffolding, trestles and other temporary works.
• Read and interpret blueprints, perform advanced layout, and set anchor bolts.
• Install batter boards, set screeds, and perform material take‑offs from drawings.
• Operate pneumatic and electric power tools safely and efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial construction or maintenance.
• Physical ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift and perform repetitive motions.

Required skills

• Form building and setting.
• Blueprint reading.
• Advanced layout techniques.
• Use of Simon forms and anchor‑bolt layout.
• Operation of level instruments and transit devices.
• Rebar tying.
• Finish carpentry.
• Screed setting.
• Material take‑off calculations.
• Installation of batter boards.
• Use of pneumatic and electric power tools.
