Site Reliability Engineering Lead

About the role

Lead a global Site Reliability Engineering team to design and operate cloud‑native architectures that are fully automated, secure, and scalable. You will collaborate across the USA and India regions, guiding both Core SRE and product‑specific DevOps teams while maintaining a strong security focus.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver cloud‑native solutions and patterns that are highly elastic.
• Empower stakeholders and reduce toil through self‑service pipelines.
• Mentor the team in solving deep technical issues and complex coding problems.
• Set an example of methodical, systematic task execution.
• Work with project managers and stakeholders to provide status and reporting.
• Act as an ambassador to other teams, defining clear agreements.
• Drive projects to schedule and perform code reviews with rigor.
• Apply continuous process improvement and automate everything, ensuring infrastructure is IaC and can be rebuilt from scratch.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in application or infrastructure migration projects from on‑prem to cloud.
• Expertise partnering with technology resources to solve complex business needs.
• Experience designing and implementing cloud architecture to meet business goals.
• Hands‑on experience with Terraform and GitHub Actions.
