About the role
We are partnering with a fast‑growing international medical‑device company to launch its first U.S. operation. As Site Manager you will lead the establishment and daily management of a small, hands‑on assembly, repair and fulfilment facility that supports dental product customers across North America.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and run a greenfield site handling hand assembly, service, repair and order fulfilment.
- Manage inventory, basic logistics and coordinate product adjustments.
- Recruit, train and supervise a team of roughly 10 hourly employees and frontline supervisors.
- Develop and enforce SOPs, KPIs, quality standards and daily operating routines.
- Report regularly to the overseas leadership team and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Site, Plant, Operations, Manufacturing or Production Manager.
- Strong hands‑on leadership in assembly, repair, service or fulfilment environments.
- Ability to build and improve processes, SOPs and performance metrics.
- Comfort working independently in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial setting.
- Prior greenfield or site‑setup experience is a plus, though not mandatory.
