Site Manager II – Food Processing Sanitation

About the role
As a Site Manager II specializing in food‑processing sanitation, you will lead a dedicated team to maintain rigorous cleanliness and hygiene standards, protecting product quality and consumer safety. You will be responsible for daily operational management, budgeting, and billing for services rendered at a plant site.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the sanitation crew, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.
- Plan, develop, and implement operational strategies to meet performance, safety, timeliness, and budget requirements.
- Manage site expenditures, labor, supplies, and chemicals to achieve P&L targets.
- Evaluate sanitation processes, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and document recommendations.
- Prepare and submit billing for services provided to customers.
Required profile
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Proven experience in supervising sanitation or production teams.
- Strong budgeting and financial management abilities.
- Ability to analyze processes and drive cost‑efficiency improvements.
