Site Engineer – Louisiana

About the role

XYZXYZ Reality is seeking a Site Engineer to join its team in Louisiana. You will use the company’s proprietary Augmented Reality headset, The Atom, to track construction progress, perform quality inspections, and report findings through the XYZ platform.

Key responsibilities

• Track construction progress against BIM models using The Atom AR device.
• Conduct on‑site quality inspections and raise observations on the XYZ platform.
• Submit daily QA issues to the client and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain high standards of reporting and follow defined workflows.
• Collaborate with other on‑site engineers to ensure full project coverage.
• Support the Lead Engineer in upholding operational standards.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience working on construction sites.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as project needs dictate.
• Clean criminal record and willingness to undergo background and drug checks.

Required skills

• Microsoft Suite (basic IT skills).
• Familiarity with BIM models and digital construction tools.
