Site Coordinator

About the role

The Site Coordinator serves as a student advocate, mentor, and resource connector, helping students stay engaged in school and prepare for future success. Working as the primary CIS of Atlanta representative at an assigned school, you will collaborate with students, families, educators, and community partners to remove barriers to student achievement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students through individualized case management, mentoring, advocacy, and support services.
• Build relationships with students, families, school staff, and community partners via outreach, home visits, and engagement activities.
• Monitor attendance, behavior, and academic performance and implement appropriate interventions.
• Connect students and families to educational, social‑emotional, and community resources and services.
• Analyze student and school data to identify needs and develop targeted support strategies.
• Design and facilitate student support groups, enrichment activities, and evidence‑based interventions.
• Coordinate tutors, mentors, volunteers, guest speakers, and community partners.
• Promote parent and caregiver engagement through communication and outreach.
• Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and data reporting.
• Prepare reports and communicate regularly with school leadership regarding student progress and program outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with students, families, schools, or community‑based organizations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with data tracking and case management systems, including Salesforce and Caseworthy.
