Simulation and System Engineer – Multiple Positions

About the role

Bosch Rexroth is looking for multiple Simulation and System Engineers to join its Fountain Inn, SC facility. You will work closely with design and development teams to evaluate virtual concepts for fluid‑power components and systems, ensuring thermal and mechanical reliability through advanced simulation techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Perform finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations on fluid‑power products.
• Validate boundary conditions together with design and test teams.
• Develop and improve simulation accuracy by exploring new methods and tools.
• Create software solutions that integrate with simulation tools.
• Set up data acquisition systems, collect data, and support debugging and commissioning.
• Document findings in research reports and communicate results to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical, Production, Aeronautic Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a CAE/Simulation Engineer, preferably in the fluid‑power industry.
• Hands‑on experience with fatigue assessment, CAD design, hydraulic components, and design optimization.
