About the role
The Silver Stock Associate works on the first shift in the Packaging Department at CooperVision’s West Henrietta facility. Under close supervision, the associate ensures lenses are packaged accurately and efficiently according to work orders and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Gather product and materials required for packaging per work orders.
- Insert blister arrays or single blisters into labeling, cutting, boxing, or gluing equipment.
- Perform basic packaging and software operations.
- Manually pack products that cannot be processed by machines.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality requirements.
- Adhere to department safety policies and company regulations.
- Work scheduled holidays and extended hours, including mandatory Saturdays, to meet customer service levels.
Required profile
- Ability to work scheduled hours and start times reliably.
- Willingness to adapt to changes in workload, staffing, and scheduling.
- Promptly report safety, sanitation, or equipment issues to a supervisor.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Authorization to work permanently in the United States without future sponsorship.
Required skills
- Operation of blister packaging equipment.
- Basic packaging software usage.
