Silver Stock Associate – 1st Shift

About the role

The Silver Stock Associate works on the first shift in the Packaging Department at CooperVision. This full‑time, onsite position supports daily packaging operations for contact lens products, ensuring orders are prepared accurately and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Gather product and material required for packaging according to work orders.
• Insert blister arrays or single blisters into labeling, cutting, boxing, or gluing equipment.
• Perform basic packaging and software operations, including manual packing when needed.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures, quality requirements, and safety policies.
• Work scheduled holidays and extended hours as required to meet service levels.
• Report safety, sanitation, or equipment issues to the coordinator or supervisor.

Required profile

• Authorized to work permanently in the United States without future sponsorship.
• Available for full‑time onsite work five days a week in West Henrietta, NY.
• Reliable attendance and readiness to start at designated shift times.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to adapt to changes in workload, staffing, and scheduling.
