SIGINT Analyst / Target Analyst Reporter

About the role

CACI is hiring a full-time SIGINT Analyst / Target Analyst Reporter for the 389th MI BN and 1st Special Forces Command (A) in Fort Bragg. The analyst prioritizes, assesses and evaluates information from passive and active collection, network analysis and multi-source intelligence (SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, OSINT and other collateral reporting) to produce timely, actionable intelligence reports that support mission requirements and Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs). The position requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and up to 10% local travel.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as an embedded Intel and Target Analyst, performing SIGINT directed at identifying, targeting and exploiting emerging threats.
• Analyze multi-domain intelligence to support global target development of threats and actors.
• Produce high-impact intelligence reports with mentorship to meet Intelligence Community production standards.
• Analyze SIGINT, Cyber and commercially available information (e.g., commercial telemetry data).
• Provide senior-level SIGINT expertise for multi-disciplinary intelligence fusion and SOFETOPs mission support.
• Retrieve data from intelligence databases, run queries in intelligence systems and coordinate with ARSOF elements on requirements and scope.
• Mentor junior analysts in SIGINT tradecraft and production.
• Work nights, weekends and holidays as needed, and stay ready for emergent situations.

Required profile

• Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information security clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, or associate degree and 7+ years, or 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with JSOC and/or NSA/CSS in targeting, intelligence analysis and global intelligence operations.
• Desired: experience supporting SOF (USASOC or Joint SOF) in a deployed environment, and direct target analysis support to SOF operations.
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight and in a joint team environment.
• Language in Chinese (Mandarin), Russian or Spanish is desired.

Required skills

• SIGINT or cyber analysis experience.
• Knowledge of intelligence databases and collections systems (Message Traffic Databases, DX, ANB, graph databases, Maven Smart Systems/Palantir, Microsoft Suite).
• Knowledge of portal and real-time knowledge management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
