Showroom Sales Representative – Design Consultant

About the role

Join Bedrosians Tile & Stone as a Design Consultant & Showroom Sales Representative. You will guide customers through design decisions, recommend premium tile, stone, engineered wood, flooring and countertop products, and drive sales in our upscale Vista showroom.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand design needs and provide expert product recommendations.
• Execute sales transactions accurately and maintain detailed records of interactions and sales.
• Stay current on industry trends and new product offerings to advise clients effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the visual presentation of the showroom.
• Assist in organizing and occasionally hosting showroom events.

Required profile

• Proven sales track record, preferably with experience in interior or architectural design.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑focused attitude.
• Self‑motivated, innovative and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Availability for full‑time work, five days a week with alternating Saturdays.

Required skills

• Knowledge of tile, stone, engineered wood, flooring and countertop materials.
• Ability to deliver tailored design recommendations.
