Short Term Graphic Designer (3‑month contract)

About the role

The Boutiques team is seeking a Short Term Graphic Designer for a three‑month contract based in Boston. You will create digital and print assets that support Rue La La & Gilt’s retail fashion initiatives while working in a hybrid environment (two days onsite).

Key responsibilities

• Design on‑brand assets, including boutique signage, advertising graphics, and internal creative materials.
• Handle projects from concept through final approval, ensuring strong layout, typography, color, and image composition.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketing managers, art directors, designers, and brand operations.
• Produce high‑quality work in a fast‑paced setting and adapt priorities as calendars shift.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
• 0‑2 years of experience as a junior designer in an agency or in‑house creative team.
• Positive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn about fashion, retail, and e‑commerce.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design potential.
