Shipping Clerk / Dispatcher – Warehouse Operations

About the role

Join Bosch’s logistics team in El Paso as a Shipping Clerk/Dispatcher. You will be the primary point of contact for drivers, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound shipments while supporting the broader warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and dispatch drivers, coordinating schedules and load assignments.
• Execute SAP logistics functions and use Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting.
• Provide general clerical support, including data entry, record keeping, and filing.
• Perform a variety of shipping‑related tasks such as preparing bills of lading, labeling, and staging shipments.
• Serve as a backup forklift driver when needed, requiring forklift certification and at least one year of experience.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
• At least 1 year of computer/data‑entry experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Willingness to work the second shift.

Required skills

• SAP logistics execution.
• Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Forklift operation (certified) and experience.
• Experience interacting with transportation company drivers.
