Shift Manager – Restaurant Operations

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Shift Manager to lead our restaurant team during each shift. You will ensure that every guest receives fast, accurate, and friendly service while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise each shift’s schedule, staffing, and tasks.
• Monitor performance and take corrective action to meet brand standards.
• Oversee food safety, inventory control, and daily maintenance.
• Communicate hand‑over details to the next Shift Manager.
• Drive profitability by managing waste, labor costs, and sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environments (preferred).
• Positive attitude, flexible schedule and willingness to work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach and develop crew members.
