Shift Manager

About the role

The Shift Manager leads a restaurant team during each shift, ensuring every guest receives fast, accurate, and friendly service. You will oversee operations, maintain quality standards, and support crew development in a high‑energy fast‑food environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily shift schedules, including staffing and break assignments.
• Monitor performance to meet McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure food safety, inventory accuracy, and daily maintenance tasks are completed.
• Address safety, security, and profitability concerns in real time.
• Communicate shift outcomes and handover details to the incoming manager.
• Support crew training, coaching, and performance feedback.

Required profile

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
