Shift Manager – Fast‑Paced Restaurant Leadership

About the role

As a Shift Manager at Taco Bell in San Antonio, you will lead the team during your shift, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and customer satisfaction while supporting the restaurant’s business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Manager in Charge (MIC) Success Routine to maintain consistent customer satisfaction.
• Oversee team members’ shift tasks, maintain clean appearance, and ensure food safety and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and provide feedback to the General Manager on team performance.
• Assist with profit & loss management, cash control, inventory, labor scheduling, and facility maintenance.
• Participate in training, conflict resolution, and candidate screening for new team members.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of restaurant or retail experience; shift lead experience preferred.
• Minimum age of 18 with reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lb and maintain attendance and punctuality.

Required skills

• Operation of cash registers and basic math for handling transactions.
• Knowledge of cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
