Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers: take orders, process sales, handle payments and resolve issues.
• Prepare menu items and maintain product quality.
• Monitor and maintain service equipment.
• Keep the work area clean and safe according to Labor Board, OSHA and company standards.
• Unload, stock and maintain inventory levels.
• Recognize and motivate team members through champion programs.

Required profile

• At least 16 years old with reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lb and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attendance, punctuality and a solid work ethic.
• Enthusiastic, team‑oriented and committed to customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Basic math for cash handling and making change.
• Operation of a cash register as needed.
