Shift Manager – Fast‑Food Restaurant

About the role

The Shift Manager leads a McDonald's restaurant shift, ensuring every guest receives fast, accurate, and friendly service. You will guide crew members, maintain quality standards, and keep the restaurant safe, clean, and profitable.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise each shift, monitoring performance against McDonald’s standards.
• Oversee food safety, inventory management, and daily maintenance.
• Ensure quality, service, and cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Communicate shift hand‑over details to the next manager.
• Help meet sales, safety, and profitability targets.
• Schedule, train, and coach crew members.

Required profile

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude with a flexible schedule.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
