Key responsibilities

• Run shifts consistently, ensuring customer satisfaction through the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) routine and completing Shift Excellence tasks for each team member.
• Keep employees neat, in uniform, and ensure food safety, quality and order accuracy; resolve complaints quickly and politely.
• Work with urgency, cooperate with colleagues and give regular, constructive feedback to team members, helping them train and resolving conflicts with the RGM.
• Assist profit and loss management by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory and managing labor.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times, and assist with facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as required by the manager.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to do basic business math.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and stoop for 90% of a shift, and able to sweep, mop, dust, lift trash and clean the parking lot and grounds.
• Strong preference for internal promotion from the Hourly Champion position.
