About the role
The Shift Leader supports the management team by leading work shifts, handling administrative tasks, and supervising crew members. This position ensures smooth restaurant operations when the Restaurant General Manager is absent.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coach crew members on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Maintain compliance with company standards for product quality, facility specifications, and food handling procedures.
- Assist in training, developing, and motivating crew members.
- Drive excellence in customer service and achieve performance targets.
