Shift Leader - Opener / Daytime - Part Time

About the role

A Taco Bell franchisee in Syracuse, NY is hiring a part-time Shift Leader for opener and daytime shifts. The franchisee is the only employer, and its wage and benefit programs vary. The Shift Leader runs great shifts in a self-sufficient way, takes ownership of solving problems, asks for help when needed and helps and guides others.

Key responsibilities

• Support the restaurant general manager by running shifts independently and efficiently
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seeking help from others when appropriate
• Provide help and guidance to other team members

Required profile

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, including profit and loss responsibility
• At least 18 years old
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for 80% of shift time
• Reliable transportation
• Background checks are run on all management employees
