Shift Lead – Warehouse Operations

About the role

As a Shift Lead you will oversee a team of warehouse associates to ensure productivity and safety during the 2nd shift. You will work closely with the On‑Site Manager to coordinate schedules, maintain equipment, and support the local customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the On‑Site Manager to set shift and operating schedules.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and developing employees.
• Enforce company safety and HR policies.
• Order supplies, arrange equipment maintenance, and track inventory movements.
• Perform forklift duties, load and unload trailers, and secure loads.
• Conduct daily equipment checks on industrial power equipment.
• Verify product quality against standards.
• Enter basic financial data and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of supervisor or lead experience (preferred).
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification.
