Shift Lead – Warehouse Operations

About the role

As a Shift Lead you will oversee a team of warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and safety throughout each shift. You will work closely with the On‑Site Manager to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the On‑Site Manager to set shift schedules and operating plans.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and developing employees.
• Enforce company safety and HR policies.
• Order and maintain supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance.
• Perform forklift duties and track material movements on required forms.
• Support employee‑relations issues in partnership with the OSM.
• Load and unload trailers, move materials to staging areas, and verify load security.
• Conduct daily checks on industrial power equipment.
• Inspect products for quality compliance.
• Enter basic financial data accurately.
• Execute assignments safely, on time, and with precision.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Required profile

• 1 + year of supervisor or lead experience (preferred).
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification.
