Shared Services Data Assistant

About the role

Graham Company, a division of Marsh McLennan Agency, is an insurance brokerage and consulting firm. The Shared Services Data Assistant keeps policy information accurate, consistent and up to date across core systems, working with account management, production and operational partners to handle policy data requests, support renewals and improve workflow. The position is based in the Philadelphia office, typically hybrid with a minimum of two days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, enter, review and maintain insurance policy information from the Operations Support team
• Escalate and partner with Shared Services leadership and IT to resolve data issues
• Coordinate with producers, account managers and other service team members using established systems
• Manage the end-to-end loss run process, including requesting loss runs, tracking them with the India team and keeping materials ready for renewals
• Support service-level agreements for Billing, Policy Headers, Policy Downloads, Analytics and Policy Checklisting
• Maintain stored documents in electronic systems and update databases and records
• Prepare and route correspondence, attend meetings and pursue professional development

Required profile

• High school diploma; 3 to 5 years of administrative experience preferred
• Experience in a team-based, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and keep confidential information secure
• Regular, predictable attendance and the ability to work under tight deadlines

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency with standard computer applications
• Strong attention to detail, organization and written communication skills

What we offer

• Base salary of $55,000 to $65,000, depending on experience, skills, location and education
