ServiceNow Tech Lead

About the role

RapDev is seeking a ServiceNow Tech Lead to design, develop, and integrate advanced ServiceNow solutions for large enterprise customers. You will work with cutting‑edge ServiceNow modules and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure while collaborating directly with clients on remote implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality software and web applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Design, test, and maintain scalable code, custom business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs.
• Integrate third‑party services using REST, SOAP, and mid‑servers.
• Lead ITOM implementations and cloud‑native discovery, service mapping, and AIOps projects.
• Participate in SCRUM ceremonies, requirements reviews, and troubleshooting sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proven experience leading ITOM implementations and cloud‑native discovery projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with customers.

Required skills

• ServiceNow scripting, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs.
• Integration technologies: REST, SOAP, mid‑servers.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure.
• Version control and collaboration tools: GitHub.
• AI/ML tooling and automation within ServiceNow.

• Base salary $150,000–$200,000 per year, visible to candidates.
