ServiceNow Platform Operations Engineer

About the role

Knox is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Operations Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and operational excellence of its ServiceNow environment supporting critical federal missions.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Knox’s ServiceNow platform, handling upgrades, patching, and release activities.
• Configure and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
• Manage forms, catalog items, Flow Designer workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, groups, roles, and ACLs.
• Maintain CMDB health, data quality, and relationships; support Discovery and cloud inventory synchronization.
• Partner with cloud engineering teams to keep AWS and Azure infrastructure data accurate within ServiceNow.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor platform health and operational metrics.
• Create technical documentation, support testing, user acceptance, and production releases.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of ServiceNow administration, platform support, or engineering experience.
• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog).
