Service Technician – The Becket

About the role

The Becket community is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join Greystar’s property‑management team. You will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the building, grounds, amenities and common areas while delivering high‑quality customer service to residents.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs promptly, including appliance troubleshooting.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins by performing the “make‑ready” process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Assist with vendor coordination and manage routine maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities.

Required profile

• Proven ability to safely use and maintain hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
