Service Technician – San Tierra

About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician to join our property management team in Chandler, Arizona. The role focuses on maintaining the physical condition, safety and functionality of our residential community, ensuring a high standard of living for residents. You will work directly with residents, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues and uphold Greystar’s standards of cleanliness, appearance and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks across the property, including building systems, grounds, amenities and common areas.
• Perform routine inspections of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units by conducting pre‑move‑out inspections, generating punch lists, coordinating vendors and contractors, and ensuring units are prepared for new occupants.
• Assist with emergency after‑hours calls as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used and time spent on each task.
