Service Technician – One Seven, Belleview Station

About the role
We are looking for a Service Technician to join the One Seven team at Belleview Station in Denver. The role involves performing technical and mechanical tasks to keep the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas clean, safe and fully functional.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to resident service requests and complete assigned work orders.
- Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose defects, repairing in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors.
- Maintain the overall appearance, safety and functionality of the property’s physical assets.
Required profile
- Technical aptitude for mechanical and building systems.
- Ability to follow established procedures, safety protocols and regulatory codes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
