Greystar · Denver
Job description
About the role
A full-time Service Technician position at the One River North property in Denver, Colorado. The role performs technical and mechanical work so that the buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet the company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders from resident service requests and preventative maintenance, diagnosing problems and repairing them according to policy, safety standards and code requirements.
- Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments: pre-move-out inspection, punch list, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, finishing maintenance and inspecting the work.
- Track inventory, return unused items and notify the maintenance supervisor of re-order needs.
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time.
- Help maintain grounds, common areas and amenities: pick up trash, pressure-wash breezeways and pool areas, clean and paint curbs and signage as needed.

- All certifications required by state and local jurisdictions.
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather, and to lift up to 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with help.
- Flexible schedule including call-outs on evenings, weekends and holidays; occasional travel to other properties or training.
What we offer
- Hourly pay of $22-$23, with possible weekly, monthly or quarterly bonuses for onsite positions.
- Medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, with low-cost employee-only medical coverage.
- Paid time off: 15 vacation days, 4 personal days, 10 sick days and 11 paid holidays, plus birthday off after 1 year.
- 401(k) with company match up to 6% after 6 months, paid parental leave and fertility benefit reimbursement up to $10,000.
- Employee assistance program, onsite housing discount, and a 6-week paid sabbatical after 10 years.
