Service Technician – Infiniti/Nissan

About the role

Infiniti of Greenville is seeking certified service technicians to join a clean, temperature‑controlled workshop. The position offers the chance to work with a dedicated team focused on delivering the best automotive service in the Carolinas.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repair order tasks efficiently in line with dealership policies.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment, including test drives.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional service needs.
• Complete online multi‑point inspection reports.
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as an automotive technician.
• Comprehensive knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Fast learner with strong written and verbal communication.
• Customer‑service oriented team player.
• Computer literate and able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
