Service Technician – Bent Tree Fountains

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the Bent Tree Fountains and surrounding property areas. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common spaces meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete preventative maintenance work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with safety codes.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document all service activities accurately and promptly for tracking and compliance.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by trash removal, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs or signage as required.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts whenever feasible.
