Service Technician – Automotive Repair Specialist

About the role

Mercedes‑Benz of Alexandria is looking for a motivated Service Technician to join our dealership team. The successful candidate will perform vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to manufacturer standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership procedures.
• Test‑drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and special service equipment to identify issues.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes and air‑conditioning.
• Perform warranty repairs to Mercedes‑Benz specifications.

Required profile

• Strong automotive background with experience on Mercedes‑Benz vehicles.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to undergo drug screening and background check.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
