Service Technician – Automotive Repair

About the role

We are seeking a certified Service Technician to join our automotive service team at our Shreveport dealership. You will work in a clean, temperature‑controlled environment, providing high‑quality repairs and maintenance for a range of vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repair‑order tasks efficiently and in line with dealership policies.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment, including test drives.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems.
• Communicate with Service Advisors to keep customers informed of additional service needs.
• Complete online multi‑point inspection reports.
• Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an auto technician.
• Broad knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to work as part of a team.
• Computer literate with a valid driver’s license.
