Service Technician – Automotive Repair

About the role

We are seeking a certified Service Technician to join our team at Classic Hyundai of Hampton. In a clean, temperature‑controlled dealership environment, you will diagnose, maintain and repair Hyundai vehicles while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repair work as specified on service orders, adhering to dealership and manufacturer policies.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; conduct test drives.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems across all vehicle areas.
• Communicate findings and additional service needs directly with the Service Advisor.
• Complete online multi‑point inspection reports.
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.

Required profile

• Comprehensive knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Fast learner with strong written and verbal communication.
• Customer‑service oriented and a team player.
• Computer literate and able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
