Service Technician – Allure (Tempe)

About the role

The Service Technician – Allure will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of Greystar’s residential property in Tempe, Arizona. This onsite role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests by completing work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in accordance with safety standards, company policies and applicable codes.
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks across the property to reduce future equipment failures.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors and contractors, and ensuring units are prepared for new occupants.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate status updates to management.

Required profile

• Ability to perform technical and mechanical work on building systems and components.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to identify the source of defects and apply appropriate repairs.
• Commitment to follow established safety procedures, company policies and local code requirements.
• Capacity to manage multiple work orders and coordinate with external service providers.
