Project Superintendent – Commercial Construction (Ground‑Up)

About the role

We are a well‑established general contractor specializing in hotels and commercial office projects across Arizona. The Project Superintendent will lead on‑site execution of ground‑up commercial builds ranging from $10M to $30M and up to 10 stories.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all on‑site construction operations from mobilization through closeout, including logistics, safety, trade sequencing, and quality control.
• Maintain documentation such as daily reports, manpower logs, safety compliance records, and testing results.
• Coordinate material and equipment procurement, deliveries, and subcontractor performance to protect schedule.
• Drive collaboration with design partners and owners, conduct weekly OAC meetings, and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• 7–10 years experience as a Project Superintendent on hotel or commercial office ground‑up projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all 16 CSI divisions and ability to read full plan sets (structural, architectural, civil, interior design, MEP).
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, budgets, and safety compliance (OSHA 30 required).
• Strong communication skills for client‑facing interactions and weekly coordination meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience using daily reporting, quality control checks, and 3‑week look‑ahead scheduling.
