Service Supervisor – The Lofts at Westgate

About the role

The Service Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of The Lofts at Westgate community, including grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality. This full‑time position is based in Glendale, Arizona and involves both hands‑on technical work and coordination of maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, diagnose and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform routine upkeep and repairs on building systems, adhering to company policies, safety standards and applicable codes.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists and scheduling vendors or contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to address specialized repairs.

Required profile

• Ability to identify the source of defects and execute repairs in line with established procedures.
• Experience handling resident service requests and managing maintenance workflows.
• Strong organizational skills for scheduling and tracking vendor work.
