Service Supervisor – Residential Community

About the role
The Service Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior building areas, grounds, amenities, and common spaces meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. This full‑time position oversees technical and mechanical work across the community.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to resident service requests, diagnose the source of defects, and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors and contractors, and procuring necessary supplies.
- Maintain routine upkeep of the community’s facilities, ensuring all mechanical systems operate correctly.
Required profile
- Experience performing building maintenance and mechanical repairs.
- Ability to diagnose issues and follow safety and code guidelines.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate vendor work and manage make‑ready tasks.
