Service Supervisor – Lease Up (North Phoenix)

About the role

The Service Supervisor – Lease Up is responsible for overseeing and performing technical and mechanical work to ensure that all interior and exterior areas of the community meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. This position supports resident satisfaction and prepares vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and complete repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating necessary maintenance.
• Schedule and supervise vendors and contractors for specialized work, ensuring timely and quality completion.
• Maintain common areas, grounds, and amenities to uphold community standards.
• Document work orders, track progress, and ensure accurate record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Strong background in property maintenance or facilities management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
