Service Supervisor – Lakeview Towers

About the role

The Service Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of Lakeview Towers at Belmar are maintained to Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time position oversees daily technical and mechanical operations across the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform routine upkeep and diagnose the source of defects or problems.
• Execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and applicable codes.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
