Service Supervisor – Denver

About the role

The Service Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior areas of the community, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common spaces, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This position combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance activities to support resident satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and upkeep of grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Conduct periodic inspections of work performed by service team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality and scope specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in the policy manual.

Required profile

• Experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in multifamily residential settings.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs safely.
• Strong organizational skills for managing work orders, inventories, and vendor relationships.
