Service Supervisor - Apex

About the role
The Service Supervisor at Apex Meadows ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time position combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance activities.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and routine community upkeep, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors and contractors, and procuring necessary supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of issues.
