Service Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Service Operations Coordinator supports Anaergia’s project execution and service teams across North America from our Carlsbad office. Reporting to the Commissioning Manager, you will ensure field service requests, work orders, and related documentation are managed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate field assignments for technicians across active projects and operating facilities.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and vendors regarding site access, job requirements, and timing.
• Prepare and oversee proposals for service, parts, and engineering support.
• Develop, document, and maintain department standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain detailed documentation for projects, service requests, proposals, field reports, and inventory.
• Identify risks, anticipate obstacles, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Prepare status reports and updates, ensuring issues are resolved.
• Assist in resource allocation and communicate scheduling impacts to stakeholders.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, team members, and external partners.
• Support general administrative tasks for ongoing projects.
