Service Guest Greeter

About the role

Classic Toyota of Henderson is seeking a friendly and energetic Service Guest Greeter to be the first point of contact for service customers. You will create a welcoming atmosphere and help ensure a smooth, positive experience for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome every customer with a warm, professional greeting.
• Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor.
• Assist with customer check‑in and answer general questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting service reception area.
• Communicate with the service team to support a seamless customer experience.
• Perform light administrative duties as needed.
• Support the service department in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
