Service Champion - Restaurant Team Member, Boise, ID

About the role

Taco Bell is hiring a Service Champion (restaurant team member) in Boise, Idaho, to provide fast, fun and friendly service to customers. The position is part of the restaurant team and is advertised through the Taco Bell careers site.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers: receive orders, process sales and payments, and manage customer issues
• Prepare products and maintain their quality
• Monitor all service equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with Labor Board, OSHA and company standards
• Unload, stock and keep required inventory levels
• Support recognition and motivation efforts
• Operate the cash register as needed and make change for other cashiers

Required profile

• At least 16 years of age
• Dependable transportation
• Excellent communication, management, leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and move between areas
• Attendance and punctuality are essential
• Complete training certification
• Strong work ethic, enthusiasm to learn and willingness to serve customers

Required skills

• Basic math skills
• Operating a cash register and making change
• Basic English reading, writing and speaking
