About the role
Join Taco Bell in Glendale, AZ as a Service Champion, delivering fast, fun, and friendly service to customers while learning and growing within the largest restaurant company in the world.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with customers, receive orders, process sales and handle cash.
- Prepare menu items, maintain product quality, and monitor service equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with Labor Board, OSHA, and company standards.
- Unload, stock, and maintain required inventory levels.
- Assist with cash register operations and making change for other cashiers.
Required profile
- At least 16 years old with reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to move up to 45 lb and perform duties requiring dexterity.
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic willing to learn.
